What does the liver do? The liver is responsible removing toxins, breaking down drugs, maintaining blood pressure, balancing your blood, helping to digest food, etc. We are constantly exposed to toxins (ie air pollution, pesticides, alcohol, other chemicals) and over time this puts a lot of stress and damage on the liver.
